- Orders may be canceled directly within 48 hours after placement and successful payment, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
- Orders placed more than 48 hours ago or orders that have already entered the shipping process can no longer be canceled.
- If an order has already been dispatched, you may contact us after delivery to request a return and refund.
